...to Best Buy for allowing me the privilege to PAY your store $60 to try out a camera. I really appreciate your thoughtfulness and your faith in the products you sell that enables you to have a superior return policy.
Thanks, also, to Sony, for being such a reputable company that I would assume since I had such good fortune with my last camera purchase that I would be completely satisfied with another model – one that would be small enough to fit in my purse.
Lessons learned from this experience:
1. Don’t shop at Best Buy unless you do not plan to return anything
2. Don’t buy on impulse unless you know the return policy forwards and backwards
3. Don’t assume that one success equals another even within the same brand

Doesn't sounds like the "Best" experience... I have a Sony camera and really like it. Just wish it had a better zoom!
I have a Sony with a 12x zoom and most of the time I love it. There are some things that frustrate me about it. But by comparing the two this last week found out that those "things" are sacrifices I have to make for the crisp, clear photos I get from it. I was just bummed b/c I was so sure that the smaller camera would take just a clear pictures b/c it had the Carl Zeiss name on it (brand of lens) like my other one. But on full zoom it was hazy and a bit pixelated and the color was not as brilliant.
So, all in all, I learned some lessons but why does learning have to come with a price?
