Apparently I haven't seen a photo of the press in a while. So when I came across this photo on McCain Bloggette I found it pretty hilarious. The press has traded their little spiral bound notebooks in for laptops. In today's high-tech world this should not have surprised me one bit and I am pretty sure I am slow on the draw but it still amuses me.

You'd have to be a good and quick typist. I guess that where good knowlege of the texting lingo(sp?) would be a great advantage--kinda like shorthand. I'm not good at either:)
Michelle Krick and I took shorthand years ago and I don't know that I could recognize a thing! Our teacher wrote in my yearbook in shorthand and I have no idea what it says now!
Where are those little minature recorders they used to stick in people's faces?? :)
That's interesting. I had never even thought of that progress in technology! :)
