Now That I'm Older...

...here's what I've discovered:

1) I started out with nothing, and I still have most of it.

2) My wild oats have turned into prunes and All Bran.

3) I finally got my head together; now my body is falling apart.

4) Funny, I don't remember being absent minded...

5) Funny, I don't remember being absent minded...

6) What were we talking about?

7) It's easier to get older than it is to get wiser.

8) Some days you're the dog; some days you're the hydrant.

9) I wish the buck stopped here; I sure could use a few.

10)It's hard to make a comeback when you haven't been anywhere.

11) The only time the world beats a path to your door is when you're in the bathroom.

12) If God wanted me to touch my toes, he would have put them on my knees.

13) When I'm finally holding all the cards, why does everyone else decide to play chess?

14) It's not hard to meet expenses... they're everywhere!

15) The only difference between a rut and a grave is the depth.

16) These days, I spend a lot of time thinking about the hereafter..I go wonder what I'm here after.

17) If all is not lost, then where is it?

(P.S. The picture above is called "My Wife and My Mother-in-law" - can you see them both?)

Sara...I can't figure your pic out! Any hints for me to see the Mother-in-law? I am pretty sure I see the one who is the wife!!!

This post was too funny. I have seen the picture on numerous occasions, but the m-i-l is "hidden" so well, I have to study it for a few seconds to find it - every time! A result of getting old, I guess. :)

Karen, the wife's chin becomes the mother-in-laws nose. The wife's throat becomes the mother-in-laws chin. Does that help? I have to look at it a few minutes sometimes too, to get it :)

Thanks Sara! That worked! It is hard to do though!

I can see the mil better if I lean toward the left and look at it kind of on a diagonal. The wife, lean to the right.
