Missions Project

Our girl's school has made a pledge of $1200 towards missions. Each student is to take part in helping to fulfill that pledge.

Part One for our family was to honor my parents by selling their famous recipes - Poppie's Party Mix and Nonnie's Soft Sugar Cookies. (Mom and Dad were very big supporters of this project each year and we are feeling that loss!)

Part Two is selling baby clothes. Most of the clothes are boys 0-9 months. A few are 12-24 months and ALL are brand new with tags! They are all so cute, I wish I had a boy to put 'em on :)

Need a shower gift or to add to your little guy's wardrobe? Check them out here!

Adorable stuff! Are you guys charging the retail price?

No, no, no! The outfits are only $7. Shirts and miscellaneous items $5 and $3.

Adorable is right. I get wistful everytime I pulled them out to photograph them and had them in my lap to catalog size, etc. Most everything is such high quality and so soft!! I can just see a little "Alex Jaydn" wearing them :)

Which, by the way, is no longer an option for a boys name. Thanks to working at the school office, I discovered that my kid's names are in alphabetical order according to age. If there was a next one it would have to be something after "K". That would drive me crazy otherwise. Am I nuts or what?

ok-so I thought I was crazy for doing the "J" thing cause when I started it then I couldn't bare to leave anyone out but this---this is neurotic!:)

That's why God hasn't blessed us with another. He either thinks I'm nuts or knew it would drive me crazy after the fact! loL! It also drives me bananas that all my girls have a name that starts with a "B". The only consolation...Britnee is the oldest and the other two have it for their middle names. If it was any other say it would really be a tragedy.

that should be "any other WAY"

These clothes are absolutely adorable. I, however, am in the market for girls clothes:) We followed in you footsteps--and my parents, our pastor.....:)

P.S. I read your correction and re-read the above post trying to figure out why you corrected it. I think I read it 3-4 times before I saw it. That just goes to show you how our brains work--many times automatically reading what it is supposed to say and not what is actually written. :)

They sure are cute, but I hope NOT to be needing any of these clothes or any girl clothes, ever again :) Now...you all are welcome to get working on the addition to your family, we would love to spoil little Alex, like you have spoiled our Kallee :) Yes you are NUTS about the whole name thing, but I think I have told you that before. Just use the stinkin' name if you like it, AHHHH! I know, it would drive you half insane if you used it so...With that all being said, I wish you the best of luck earning $$$ for missions with these cute outfits!

We did the PDW things. All their names have the same initials! Kind of a pain though, you can't even write their initials on something to shorten it. They aren't in alphabetical order though! Sara...you are too funny, you sound like you have a bit of OCD!!! :)
I am with Janiece on this one though...you and Angie go ahead and continue to "grow the church" I never plan to have to see this stuff again until my grandkids come along!!!
